Scott A. Estes, 42, appeared in handcuffs and a jail match Wednesday in U.S. District Court where his attorney, Robert Andrews, was seeking to have Estes produced from federal custody to be placed on home arrest so he could perform and enroll in a material abuse program.
Estes was sentenced in October 2019 for obtaining a stolen gun and becoming a convicted felony with a gun, right after pleading guilty before in the 12 months. In March 2021, he completed serving his prison sentence and began a a few-yr interval of supervised launch.
Estes moved to Portland right after his launch and performs for his landlord at that residence, Andrews mentioned.
